ABAP Select data from SAP table EISU_IL_MD_EASTL into internal table

Below is a number of ABAP code snippets to demonstrate how to select data from SAP EISU_IL_MD_EASTL table and store it within an internal table, including using the newer @DATA inline declaration methods.
